Pat Paxton typifies what any radio group would desire from one of its top executives: expertise, commitment, loyalty and a great attitude. His programming roots lie in traditional values that are still relevant in the medium today, but he also has his sights set on the future and what radio needs to do to retain its competitive edge in an ultra competitive marketplace. He’s played a valuable role in setting the agenda for Entercom’s multiple properties and reinforcing the powerful brands the company claims.
