On Tuesday, Justin Bieber will drop his new album, Believe, and he'll celebrate the occasion by doing an MTV special called Bieber Live. During the special, Bieber will sit down with MTV News' Sway Calloway for an interview at 7:30 p.m. EST, and 100 fans in the studio audience will get treated to a live performance. In addition to chatting with Sway and performing, the singer will also answer fan questions in studio and via Twitter, which can be submitted by tweeting @MTVNews with the hashtag #AskBieber.

Carly Rae Jepsen won the most 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards on Sunday night at a ceremony in Toronto, where she took home three trophies. Her hit, "Call Me Maybe," won MuchMusic.com's Most Watched Video, Video of the Year and UR Fave Video. LMFAO also took home a Canadian MMVA for International Video Of The Year -- Group for "Sexy and I Know It," and Katy Perry won International Video and UR Fave International Artist for "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)." Canada's favorite son, Justin Bieber, earned UR Fave Artist or Group and International Video Of The Year By A Canadian for "Boyfriend," and Drake took home the award for Hip-Hop Video Of The Year for "The Motto."

Fiona Apple will appear on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon tonight (6/18) on the eve of the release of her first album in seven years, The Idler Wheel is wiser than the Driver of the Screw... The artist also will kick off her summer tour tomorrow at the State Theatre in Ithaca, NY. Meanwhile, a second leg of shows has been announced, which will begin in San Jose, CA on September 9 and wrap in Pittsburgh, PA on October 21. Tickets go on sale this Friday and Saturday, June 22 and 23, for the second leg of Apple's tour.

SiriusXM Radio announced that Roger Waters will sit down for a live Q&A session with an audience of SiriusXM listeners at their studios in New York City. The event, Town Hall with Roger Waters, will air live on The Pink Floyd Channel, Sirius channel 142 and XM channel 43, and Deep Tracks, channel 27, on Wednesday, June 27 at 12 p.m. ET. The special will be hosted by Jim Ladd and will include Waters answering a variety of questions from the studio audience about The Wall, his career, and his interest in politics.

Morrissey has mapped out a U.S. tour that kicks off October 5 in Boston and wraps on December 8 in Atlantic City, NJ. The former Smiths frontman will include both his greatest hits and new, unreleased songs in his setlist for the 33-date trek. So far, Iggy and the Stooges are set to open one date on the tour: the November 24 show in Los Angeles.

An eclectic collection of artists including Best Coast, MGMT and ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons have recorded songs for a Fleetwood Mac tribute album that will hit stores on September 14 via Hear Music/Concord, Consequence of Sound reports. The as-yet-untitled tribute was produced by Randall Poster, who recently presided over the Buddy Holly tribute album Rave On. Some of the tracks included will be Best Coast doing "Rhiannon," The New Pornographers covering "Think About Me," MGMT doing "Future Games," Marianne Faithfull singing "Angel" and Lykke Li covering "Silver Springs."
