Triton Digital Releases Internet Radio Rankings For May

Triton Digital has released its monthly Internet audio ranker for Mau, with Pandora and Clear Channel ranked ahead of the pack once again. Triton uses its Average Active Sessions (AAS) to rank online broadcasters and in May, Pandora had 1,425,616 AAS for the Domestic work week ranker (M-F, 6a-8p). This is up from 1.37 million in April. Clear Channel is ranked second with 252,866 AAS in the Domestic work week. CBS Radio, Cumulus, Slacker, EMF Corporate, Cox Radio, Digitally Imported, ESPN Radio and Entercom fill out the top ten.
Clear Channel remains at the top of the All Streams Ranker for the work week (M-F, 6a-8p), with 254,633 AAS, followed by Digitally Imported at #2 and CBS Radio at #3. The All Streams top ten rankings are filled out by Prisa Radio, Cumulus, Slacker, 977Music.com, EMF, Cox and Entercom.
Looking at the Domestic Ranker for the full week (6a-mid), Pandora is also at #1 with 1,241,819 AAS, followed by Clear Channel, CBS Radio, Slacker, Cumulus, Digitally Imported, EMF Corporate, Cox, ESPN and Entercom. The All Streams Ranker for May for the full week (6a-mid) also has Clear Channel at #1, followed by Digitally Imported, CBS Radio, Slacker, Prisa Radio, Cumulus, 977Music.com, EMF, Cox and 1.fm.
