Entercom Names New Vice President/Market Managers in Madison and Milwaukee
March 25, 2014

Entercom Communications announced today that it had hired two new Vice-Presidents/Market Managers for their clusters in Madison and Milwaukee. Chuck Sullivan, most recently VP/Market Manager for Cumulus in Mobile, Alabama will become the new VP/Market Manager for Entercom Milwaukee. Meanwhile, in Madison, Ed Schulz has been promoted to VP/Market Manager for Entercom Madison. They replace Michael Keck, who previously served as VP/Market Manager for the Entercom clusters in both Madison and Milwaukee. Keck resigned recently and will relocate to Minneapolis to pursue new opportunities.

Entercom Regional President Michael Doyle commented on the moves, “Entercom is proud to add two of the strongest people in radio to our leadership team. Chuck and Ed bring with them a wealth of experience, unique perspectives and a passion to make their powerful brands and their clusters not only the strongest in Wisconsin, but in all of radio.”

“I couldn’t be more excited about this tremendous opportunity. Entercom Milwaukee has some of the most powerful and iconic brands from KISS, the most listened-to station in Wisconsin, to MIX and SportsRadio 1250,” said new Entercom Milwaukee VP/Market Manager Chuck Sullivan. In his new role, Sullivan will oversee three Entercom stations in Milwaukee: KISS-FM 103.7, 99.1 WMYX – The MIX, and SportsRadio1250 WSSP. Prior to joining Cumulus, Sullivan spent nine years as Managing Partner of Ocean Broadcasting in Wilmington, NC.

Schulz has been with Entercom since 2012, most recently serving as Director of Sales for Entercom Madison. He will manage the three stations in the Madison cluster: MIX 105.1, Triple M 105.5, and Classic Hits 94.9 WOLX.

“Madison is a special place and Entercom has distinct brands that not only connect with the community, but deliver results for our clients. I am proud of what we have accomplished in Madison and excited for the future,” said Schulz. Prior to re-joining Entercom in 2012, Schulz was a Sales Manager with Adams Outdoor in Madison and earlier spent six years with Entercom Madison.
