iHeartMedia San Francisco Names Matty Staudt Digital PD
April 18, 2017

iHeartMedia San Francisco today has announced that Matty Staudt has been named the new Digital Program Director, effective immediately. iHeartMedia San Francisco has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital -- including Wild 94.9, STAR 101.3, 106 KMEL, iHeart80s @ 103.7 and 98.1 The Breeze.

Staudt will oversee digital strategy for iHeartMedia’s six San Francisco radio station brands. Staudt and his team will work closely with the programming and sales departments to deliver key messages on digital platforms, including station and on-air personality websites, mobile and social media.

“Matty stood out as the clear choice to lead our digital and social efforts in the Bay Area,” said Don Parker, Senior Vice President of Programming, iHeartMedia San Francisco.  “Matty has a history of driving great results on digital and broadcast platforms and I’m confident he will seamlessly transition to grow our local digital efforts.”

"There is no place I would rather be than iHeartMedia. The team here is excellent and the stations matter to their listeners. I'm excited to help grow the department for the future,” Staudt commented.

Staudt is a broadcast and content development veteran including his work as Director of Content and Community at Stitcher and as Executive Producer at WNEW in New York and KLLC in San Francisco.
