 Atreyu
| This Tuesday, April 22, Atreyu will unleash Lead Sails Paper Anchor 2.0, a special edition of their latest album in the CDVU+ format. The CDVU+ replaces the traditional CD booklet/jewel case with eco-friendly packaging while offering tons of extra content, which is accessed through a Weblink that’s triggered when fans put the disc in their computers. The new version features the full album, a new track called "The Squeeze," and covers of Faith No More’s “Epic” and The Descendents’ “Clean Sheets.” Also included are 10 exclusive videos (three live performances, five individual band profile pieces and two behind-the-scenes life on the road clips and a guitar lesson from axeman Dan Jacobs). The CDVU+ also features a printable 50-page digital booklet with more than 50 exclusive photos and song lyrics.
The individual band profile pieces show singer Alex Varkatzas as he travels to Thailand to learn Brazilian ju-jitsu; drummer/vocalist Brandon Saller talking about the new toy company he’s launching; guitarist Dan Jacobs discussing his Rokk clothing line; guitarist Travis Miguel revealing his strange ritual involving McDonald’s cheeseburgers, and bassist Marc McKnight at his favorite comic store discussing his favorite books, films and graphic design work. You can check out a special preview of the new edition of Lead Sails Paper Anchor

Atreyu will headline the second stage of Linkin Park's Projekt Revolution tour this summer.
