With the deal to take Clear Channel private now completed, a number of CC stations must now be sold off to comply with FCC ownership limits. Clear Channel has placed 55 stations in 37 markets into the "Aloha Station Trust," controlled by Jeanette Tully. Media Venture Partners (MVP) will market the stations for sale or exchange.

Additionally, Clear Channel will sell or exchange four stations in Cincinnati (WOFX and WNNF) and Houston (KHMX and KLOL) for Department of Justice compliance.
