Facebook will launch its initial public offering (IPO) on Monday, May 14, with an official presentation and announcement slated for this coming Monday, May 7. The Wall Street Journal broke the news on Tuesday. Facebook is expected to go out on a "roadshow" to promote the IPO to potential investors next week.
