CBS Radio-Philadelphia’s Oldies WOGL-FM and Sports WIP-AM hosted Radiothons that raised more than $881,000 for two very  worthy causes in the Delaware Valley, benefiting children from all walks of life. The 98.1 WOGL Loves Our Kids Radiothon raised $658,272 in two days for The Children’s Miracle Network at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In the past eleven years, 98.1 WOGL has raised $5,514,604 for Children’s Hospital. The WIP EYP/City Year Eagles Radiothon raised $223,150 in two days. All donations raised are split equally between Eagles Youth Partnership and City Year Greater Philadelphia. This was the 12th year of the Eagles Radiothon.

Eastlan Ratings adds the Wilmington, NC and Saginaw-Bay City-Midland, MI markets, starting with the Fall 2012 ratings period. Both markets were dropped by Arbitron earlier this year.
