In other Pandora news, a lawsuit over Facebook integration against the service has been thrown out of court. CNet reports that a federal court tossed the suit, which claimed the integration between Pandora and Facebook violated privacy laws. However, U.S. District Judge Saundra Armstrong ruled that the suit, which relied on an pre-Internet state privacy law from 1988, did not permit such a lawsuit and didn't apply to the case.
