Clear Channel-Phoenix Names Scott Hopeck As Market Manager
October 29, 2012

Clear Channel Media and Entertainment-Phoenix announces that Scott Hopeck has been named Market Manager, effective immediately. As Market Manager, Hopeck will be responsible for all aspects of the Phoenix market’s operations including all strategies, programming and sales initiatives. He will oversee all station activities and events to help drive sales and achieve revenue targets. In addition, Hopeck will leverage Clear Channel-Phoenix’s brands and audience to create new revenue opportunities.

Hopeck joins the Phoenix market from CCM+E-Atlanta, where he served as Director of Sales since January 2007.  During his time in Atlanta he also took on a duel role as the Home Improvement Category Captain, leading the strategic direction and tactical focus for growing Home Improvement clients across 150 markets through a team of Development Managers and region-specific Sales Managers. Hopeck’s radio industry experience includes previous roles as GM of the Braves Radio Network and Sales Manager at Infinity Broadcasting.

"I’m excited to make Phoenix my home and lead the market to continued success," said Hopeck. "I’m eager to work closely with the Clear Channel Phoenix team to continue connecting local businesses with our loyal audiences and develop new revenue opportunities."

"Scott’s passion for team development and fearless strategic execution makes him an exceptional leader," said Hartley Adkins, EVP of Operations for Major Markets West, CCM+E. "He has a hard working and contagious mindset that improves all those around him. I am looking forward to his leadership in Phoenix."
