Arbitron has settled its lawsuit against Magic Broadcasting over claims of copyright infringement and breach of Magic's license agreement. Arbitron sued Magic in November of last year, claiming improper use of the ratings company's data and information.
Apple announces it has pushed back the release of the iTunes 11 software until November, a month after its original release date. In a statement, the company said, "The new iTunes is taking longer than expected and we wanted to take a little extra time to get it right. We look forward to releasing this new version of iTunes with its dramatically simpler and cleaner interface, and seamless integration with iCloud before the end of November."
