Steve Borneman, Cumulus Media-New York Market Manager, moves downtown and joins the Clear Channel Media and Entertainment cluster. Borneman's new postion has yet be announced. At Cumulus, Borneman had been overseeing Talk WABC and Hot AC WPLJ. 

The San Antonio Express-News reports the following personel are among the cuts at the Cox Media Group-San Antonio cluster: Classic Hits KONO PM driver Steven O. Sellers, Classic Rock KTKX jock Tom "T-Bone" Scheppke, AC KSMG host Katrina Curtiss and traffic reporter Tom Carr.  

Mike Hansen, Creative Services Director for Lincoln Financial Media-San Diego, will step aside from his PM drive shift on Modern Rock KBZT to concentrate on production responsibilities.
