SiriusXM is turning on all its inactive radio receivers around the country starting tomorrow (11/15). The Motley Fool reports the promotion will run up to November 27, with the satcaster hoping to encourage former customer to return. Listeners won't have access to the full slate of SiriusXM channels, but will be able to hear the satcaster's basic stations.

Viacom Music Group expands its artist platform offering to now include VH1 with the beta launch of Artists.VH1, a new front door for artists to have their music showcased across VH1’s multiple channels and screens. The first on-air integration will take place during 2012 VH1 Divas debuting live on Sunday, December 16 at 9pm ET/PT.
"With the launch of Artists.VH1, we’re filling a major void in the digital music space  by providing non mainstream pop artists and their fans direct access to one  another reflective of what we deliver on air with our Storytellers and You Oughta Know franchises," said Tom Calderone, President of VH1. "The platform offers both  established and emerging artists a homestead where they can have more access to  their presence across our screens to control their image and opt into a myriad of opportunities including music video rotation and song integration in our programs that will generate both exposure and revenue."
