Lew Dickey does not shy away from challenge, growth, aggressive forward thinking and a global perspective when it comes to running his company. The past two years have been case in point. Cumulus was very active on several fronts with radio transaction deals with Citadel and Townsquare Media leaving the company with an ambitious integration project.
