Has Beasley Rhythmic CHR WRDW (Wired 96.5)/Philly found its new morning show? Could be…according to a note posted on the Wired's website morning show page. The guy pictured on site amongst a new cast & crew sure looks like former XHTZ (Z90)/San Diego Morning co-host Chunky, who has been in the rumor mill about heading east. Chunky, who had reportedly been hanging out making cheesesteaks at the famous Pat's Steaks, even jumped on air with morning holdovers Tingle and JP... so does Philly now have a new morning show? According to the post it sure looks like a show in the making! "We're starting a morning show. We're seriously bored of just giving away prizes & playing music in the morning. SO WE TOOK IT UPON OURSELVES... to recruit our sales girl Ghia & our dude that makes our Cheesesteaks at Pat's Chunky (against our boss's wishes). He wanted us to just shut up and play music... we want to give you more! Dan doesn't know we posted this on our website as of now. #ShutUpDan WE WANT A SHOW!!!" There's been no official word or comment yet from Wired PD Dan Hunt on the morning show mayhem going down in the City of Brotherly Love. Stay Tuned!
