Capitol Music Group Names Dominic Pandiscia President Of Caroline Division

Dominic Pandiscia has been named President of Caroline – the Independent Services division of Capitol MusicGroup. The promotion was announced today by Group EVP Michelle Jubelirer, to whom Pandiscia will report. In his new position, Pandiscia is charged with building on the legacy of Caroline Distribution and EMI Label Services and expanding to offer a full range of services and new revenue streams for Caroline’s artists, releases and label associations on a worldwide basis, including Marketing, Promotion, Commercial Development, Branding, Synch & Licensing, Lifestyle Marketing, Business Affairs and Finance. Pandiscia will be based in New York.

Dominic brings decades of experience to his new position, and under his leadership, Caroline will be a vital component of the Capitol Music Group."

Previously, Pandiscia was EMI Music EVP of Commercial & Revenue Development, overseeing the company’s Label Sales, Commercial Strategy and Distribution teams for North America. He was also responsible for management of the company’s ever-increasing streams of new and non-traditional revenue, including all Commercial Digital and Physical initiatives, Merchandise, Brand Partnerships, and EMI’s Synch & Licensing divisions.
