Clear Channel Media and Entertainment-Memphis names Devin Steel as OM, as well as Regional Programming Manager for Jackson and Laurel/Hattiesburg, MS. Steel, who previously served as Director of Urban Programming, will now oversee all operations for Clear Channel-Memphis' seven-station cluster. In addition, he will now add new regional programming responsibilities. Steel has been an on-air host at WHRK since 2001 and will continue hosting weekdays from 3-7 p.m.
