Greater Media announces a new management lineup in Philadelphia. Dave Scopinich rejoins Classic Rock WMGK-FM as General Sales Manager and Chris Kirchner is named Sales Manager at Sports WPEN-FM (97.5 The Fanatic).

Morning show co-host Shay adds MD duties at CHR/Rhythmic WOCQ/Ocean City-Salisbury.

Cumulus announces the appointment of radio programmer and personality, Ray Mariner, as PD of Country WRKN (NASH FM 92.3) and Sports WMTI (106.1 The Ticket)/New Orleans. Most recently, Mariner was a Sports/Talk talent on WCNN-AM (680 The Fan)/Atlanta and prior to that, was the morning and afternoon drive personality for Hot AC WSTR (Star 94)/Atlanta. Mariner formerly served in a programming capacity in Charlotte and Myrtle Beach. He steps into this newly created position on April 15.

CHR WEHP/Erie names Mark Feather PD/afternoon talent. Feather most recently handled programming for Impact Radio's Boise stations Hot AC KZMG, Adult Hits KSRV and Rhythm KWYD.

Hot AC KYKY (Y98)/St. Louis welcomes Brion O’Brion for nights, effective Wednesday, April 9. O'Brion was previously night talent at CHR WGMI/Terre Haute and has also worked in Orlando, Baltimore, and handful of other stations up and down the East and Gulf Coasts over the years.

Triple A WXRV/Boston welcomes back former PD Dana Marshall to host mornings on The River. Marshall had returned to The River in 2012 to host its Sunday morning Brunch By The River.

Liz Snair has been named VP, Digital and Physical Sales, RED Distribution. Most recently, she was VP of Label Management, responsible for overseeing the relationships, sales, marketing and distribution of RED's label group.
