Ed Sheeran will perform a "secret show" for SiriusXM listeners on Tuesday, March 7, playing songs from his new album ÷. "Really looking forward to this one," said Sheeran. SiriusXM's "Secret Show" with Ed Sheeran will air on Tuesday, March 7 at 5pm ET and 10pm ET on SiriusXM Hits 1, channel 2 and on Tuesday, March 7 at 5:30pm ET and 5:30pm PT on The Pulse, channel 15.
Only a week after releasing his new self-titled album, Future will drop another new album titled HNDRXX. He is expected to debut atop the Billboard 200 with the eponymous record next week and could conceivably debut once again the following week with HNDRXX.
The Songwriters Hall of Fame has announced its Class of 2017 and it includes Jay Z, who becomes the first ever rapper inducted. Also joining the Hall this year are Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Robert Lamm, Max Martin and James Pankow & Peter Cetera of Chicago. Berry Gordy deferred his 2016 induction and will join the hall in 2017. The induction ceremony is set for June 15 in New York City.
The lineup for this year's Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis has been announced, led by Soundgarden, Kings of Leon and Death Cab for Cutie. Snoop Dogg, Sturgill Simpson, Wiz Khalifa, Tori Kelly, Jimmy Eat World, Ludacris and X-Ambassadors are also on board for the three-day festival, slated for May 5-7.
Chris Brown has announced his spring "Party Tour" with 50 Cent, Fabolous and others opening all dates. The trek starts in Baltimore on March 31 and winds up May 23 in Los Angeles.
Young the Giant and Cold War Kids will hit the road together this August and September. The tour begins in Louisville on August 2 and winds up in Dallas on September 29.
