Lady Gaga has been announced at Beyoncé's replacement at next month's Coachella Music & Arts Festival. Gaga confirmed the rumors late Tuesday night by tweeted an updated version of the Coachella poster with the caption "Let's party in the desert!" The Pop star will headline on Saturday, April 15 and Saturday, April 22.
Last week, Beyoncé announced she was dropping out of Coachella this year due to her pregnancy. The singer famously announced earlier this year that she is pregnant with twins. At the time, it was announced immediately that Beyoncé would make it up to fans as a headliner at Coachella in 2018.
The two Fridays of Coachella are topped by Radiohead while Kendrick Lamar is the Sunday headliner.
Gaga is set to kick off a world tour behind her latest album Joanne on August 1 in Vancouver and her Coachella appearance could be a sneak peek at what is to come.
